Barramundi, (Sea Bass), are a very important commerciallly. The color of fillet is white with large, firm flakes, and a distinct mild flavor.

Barramundi, also called Sea Bass, are harvested on the eastern coast of Australia and in the Gulf of Carpentaria. They are also farmed.

The sea bass is wonderful baked, grilled or fried.
